Refund and Return policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and conditions apply to this website and to the transactions related to our products and services. You may be bound by additional contracts related to your relationship with us or any products or services that you receive from us. If any provisions of the additional contracts conflict with any provisions of these Terms, the provisions of these additional contracts will control and prevail.

2. Refund policy

  • We will refund you if we are not able to provide our services for any reason which derives from issues from our end. 
  • We will refund you if the information you have provided is not sufficient for us to issue your Medical Certificates.  
  • Refunds for eligible pre-payments or deposits will only be made to the card originally used to make the original booking. Refunds should appear within your account or on your card statement usually within 7 days (depending on your bank’s refund policy).
  • In case we have provided you with a written notice in advance of a delay of our services or a direct phone call, we will not be eligible to refund for our services. 
  • Technology issues, delays or internet connection issues are not in our control and therefore we cannot refund. 
  • We cannot refund our services once they have been, carried out, administered or dispensed.
  • The Healthify is not eligible to provide refunds if the Medical certificates which we provide are not accepted by a country. We do not bear a responsibility for the changes of the countries’ entry requirements and medical certificate requirements.
  • All results will aim to be reported in the agreed timescales. Our quoted times for return of the Medical Certificate results are subject to change. Where additional information needs to be sent in by the client – the turnaround time is prolonged.  We do not provide a refund in case there is a delay to the issue of our services because the patient has not provided the required documents or has provided wrong information. We will try to contact the user/patient/customer as soon as possible and request any additional information required by the doctor in order to complete our services. 
  • In case the doctor refuses to provide a medical certificate due to legal and medical reasons, we are not eligible to provide a refund. 

The Healthify Services Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • We reserve the right to refuse service.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule our services or postpone with a notice to the patients/clients.

3. Late policy

  • We provide our services with a turn time of 24 hours for the Covid-19 Recovery Certificates and within 3-5 working days from the online GP consultation for the Medical Certificate of Good Health. In case there is a delay from our end, you will be notified with an email, SMS or phone call. 
  • In many cases we write on our website that we can deliver in 2 hours or 30 minutes and we try to deliver.
  • We aim to commit to that timeframe, but many times due to work load or other factors that is not feasible. We always try our best to deliver but we are not legally bound or accept any liability to deliver our services within 2 hours or 30 minutes.

Medical Certificates terms and conditions

Please note that it is that we cannot advise on which countries accept Covid-19 Recovery Certificates or when and if the requirements for the Medical Certificates for the Spanish Visa of Good Health might change. Our certificates match the requirements as stated by many countries, however rules are changing and it is your responsibility to check whether your country of travel accepts a Covid-19 Recovery Certificate or the Medical Certificate of Good Health. We are not able to give advice for specific destinations. We encourage all clients to check the travel and airline rules for their destination.

  • Please note that when completing your form and booking you have confirmed that you have completed your isolation period prior to your appointment. 
  • Our doctors are unable to continue a consultation if you are still within your isolation period, you are late to your online GP appointment or you do not have the required documents to provide our services. 
  • Please note that falsifying information or deliberately omitting information will deem your travel certificate invalid and also is a criminal offense and subject to prosecution. 
  • Incorrect declaration of your isolation date of your Covid-19 virus, if identified will deem the consultation invalid and the doctor will end the consultation. 
  • Our team is working extremely hard to help our clients get to their flights – please ensure all the information you enter is correct. We communicate via email and the certificate is sent by email. Incorrect entering of information on your booking if not our responsibility – if you think you have entered an incorrect email or have not received booking confirmation please contact us admin@healthify.co.uk
  • This consultation is subject to consultation fee as enlisted on the website homepage. Out of hour bookings  are fully chargeable regardless of whether a certificate is issued. 
  • Incorrect submission of information will make your Medical certificate invalid and is fully chargeable if the correct information is not submitted by the time of the appointment submission.
  • Please note it is the responsibility to the client to ensure that they declare their isolation date correctly. Our admin team cannot verify your evidence. The evidence is reviewed by the clinician on the day of the booking. We note and log what you have submitted on the form. False declaration will result in the charges as described above.
  • The timescale outlined for providing you with your certificate of recovery is not guaranteed and The Healthify does not accept any liability for any losses or costs you may suffer or incur as a result of a delayed certificate or as a result of what the certificate does and does not state

4. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.  In case we have provided the service and we have sent you physically or online (by email) the Medical Certificate, we have the right to refuse the exercise of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Our contact details can be found below. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

 

4.2 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw, and some items can therefore not be returned or exchanged.  We will let you know if this applies in your particular case.
