Since the United Kingdom left the European Union, British citizens applying for long-stay visas to Spain and Greece have been required to provide a Medical Certificate of Good Health: a document worded to a specific international standard and signed by a doctor whose signature the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office recognises.
It occupies a single page, but the requirements behind it are exact. The certificate must cite the International Health Regulations 2005, be issued on official letterhead, carry the signing doctor's GMC number, and come from an FCDO-registered signatory so that it can be legalised by apostille. Individual consulates then have their own expectations of format and wording.
We established The Healthify to make that document straightforward to obtain. Our doctors issue certificates to the precise standard each consulate expects, so that applicants can submit their files with confidence and keep their relocation on schedule.
We remain a deliberately small, specialist team. When a consulate updates its requirements, we hear of it from our own patients within days and can respond immediately — something considerably harder for a large general practice, where this document forms a minor part of the workload.

We don't run a general clinic alongside this. Visa and travel medical documentation is the whole business, which is why we know the difference between what Spain accepts and what Greece insists on.

They hold GMC registration with a licence to practise, and are registered with the FCDO so their signatures are recognised for apostille legalisation.
