FAQs

Pricing questions answered

Why does the certificate cost £79?

The fee covers the GP’s professional review of your questionnaire, the signing of your certificate on official headed paper, and our service. Our GPs are specifically FCDO-registered — maintaining this accreditation is what makes the apostille step possible, and not all GPs hold it.

The fee covers the professional service of issuing the certificate, not the outcome of your visa application. Visa decisions are made solely by the consulate. As such we’re unable to offer refunds based on visa outcomes. Please see our full refund policy for details.

If a reissue is needed due to an error on our part, we reissue at no charge. If your certificate has expired after 90 days or you need a new one due to changed circumstances, a new order at the standard fee is required.

Each family member requires their own individual certificate, as each needs its own GP review. We offer a Spain + Greece bundle (£149 for both countries), but family multi-person discounts are not currently available.

The £79 is the total price you pay — there are no additional VAT charges or hidden fees added at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
