We post the Medical Certificates with the doctors’ signature by Royal Mail with next day delivery.  We most of the times post the Medical Certificates the same day of your GP appointment or the day after if your GP appointment is taking place after 2pm. 

Yes, in the case we cannot provide you with the Medical Certificate, we will fully refund you. Once we have issued your Medical Certificate or you have completed your GP online appointment with the doctor, we cannot refund you.
