Obtaining Your Medical Certificate is Simple
Applying for a medical certificate for visa or relocation purposes does not need to be complicated or time-consuming. Our process is designed to be straightforward, secure, and fully compliant with the requirements of international health regulations and consulate documentation.

How it Works

Complete the Online Medical Questionnaire
Start by filling in our secure medical questionnaire. This short form allows our physicians to understand your medical history and confirm that there are no health conditions that would prevent the issuance of your certificate.
You will be asked about:
- Your basic personal details
- Medical history and current health conditions
- Current medications
- Recent symptoms or infections
- Vaccination history where relevant
The questionnaire is designed to follow international health regulations (IHR 2005) and the typical requirements requested by consulates for relocation or visa applications.
Completing the form usually takes approximately 1 minute.

GP Review by a UK Registered Physician
Once your questionnaire is submitted, it will be reviewed by a UK-registered General Practitioner.
The doctor will carefully assess the information you provided to ensure that the certificate can be issued safely and appropriately according to medical standards.
If additional clarification is required, our team may contact you briefly to confirm certain details before issuing the certificate.
In most cases, no in-person appointment is required.

Certificate Issued and Signed by the Doctor
After the medical review is completed, your medical certificate will be:
- Officially completed by the physician
- Signed and stamped by a UK FCDO registered doctor
- Prepared according to the requirements of the relevant consulate or authority
Your certificate will confirm that you do not suffer from diseases that could pose a public health risk, as required for many visa and residency applications.

Receive Your Certificate
Once issued, your medical certificate will be sent to you:
- Digitally by email (for fast submission to authorities)
- As a signed PDF document
- Physical copies posted with 1st Class Royal Mail for next day deliveryare also be arranged depending on the specific visa requirements.
Most certificates are issued within 24 hours after submission.
