If you are planning to apply for a Greek Visa of Long Stay or also known as long-term visa (National visa – D Type Visa) from the UK, one of the documents you will need to submit is a medical certificate of good health issued by an authorized doctor.

Anyone who applies for a long term stay visa type “D” in Greece is required to provide a Medical Certificate which takes into consideration your health situation and confirms that you are free of any diseases, disabilities or any other health concerns which might endanger public health or threaten public policy and security.

In addition, it confirms any diseases subject to quarantine as listed in the International Health Regulation No 2 of the World Health Organization of 25 May 1951. The process require a medical certificate that is signed by a doctor who has registered their signature with the FCDO. Our doctors’ signature is registered with FCDO.
