Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, we offer flexible membership options. You can cancel your plan with a one-month notice. However, we recommend maintaining continuous membership for the best long-term health outcomes.
Can I switch between the Basic and Premium plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time to fit your healthcare needs. If you switch to the Premium Plan, you’ll gain immediate access to the additional benefits.
Appointments & Consultations
Will I always see the same doctor?
Yes! Unlike traditional GP services, our membership guarantees you will see the same doctor every time. This ensures a consistent and personalized healthcare experience. The only exception is for home visits, where another doctor may be assigned—but this will always be discussed with you in advance.
How do I book an appointment?

What if I need an appointment urgently?

What happens if I miss an appointment?
